6. Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with Facebook’s platform requirements, you may request deletion of the data we have collected through Facebook Login or other integrations.

To request data deletion:

Send an email to support@danieldigital.ca with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include your Facebook User ID.

Upon verification of your identity, we will delete your associated data from our records and confirm completion within 7 business days.

Please note: Certain data may need to be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third parties.
8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DanielDigital.ca will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.
11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
